		<description>Jute is no different than trying to work with a wicker chair - except that this type of plant material releases oil as you work on it. I&#039;ve had little luck with removing stains from sisal or jute - I have no idea why they sell this product as rugs, in many cases they are not cleanable. I would seek out your local supplier for ink removers - and also try Fels Naptha to see if it can release anything at all, I&#039;ve had luck with it on wool - never tried it on jute. Permanent marker is very difficult to get out. Sorry I don&#039;t have a better suggestion.  - Lisa</description>

		<description>I just found this rug cleaning blog - it&#039;s wonderful.  I&#039;m gonna bookmark it so I can keep up with you.  I agree, too many times we can get into trouble if we don&#039;t thoroughly preinspect that rug before cleaning!
